How does the patches affect the body? When using the patches it is very important to drink lots of water. This is owing to the fact that the meridians are made of water crystals and if the body is dehydrated you will only experience a minor effect of the patches and in some cases no effect at all. It is therefore recommended that you drink 2 liters of water during the day, which is app. 8 glasses.

 

It is also important that the skin is dry when a patch is applied. If you use creams it is recommended that you allow the cream to completely penetrate the skin before the patch is applied. After a shower or bath the skin must be completely dry before the patch is applied. This is to secure that the patch is fully secured and will not fall off during the day.
