A healthy and natural weight loss – detox and SP6 Complete
The LifeWave patches can also be used to detox the body which is recommended before using SP6 Complete. A detox cure is a very thorough cleansing of toxins in the body which have accumulated over time. You will learn that even a detox cure will have a positive effect on your weight loss even before the SP6 patch is in use. This is due to the fact that after the detox cure the body will be better equipped to discard the toxins.
A detox cure with the LifeWave patches lasts 5 days and can be repeated when need be. To detox you will use the Energy Enhancer, Glutathione and the Carnosine patches. During the day the Glutathione patch is applied to CONCEPTION VESSEL 6, app. 3 cm below the navel. Energy Enhancer is applied to new points every day (see below). During the night a Carnosine patch is applied to CONCEPTION VESSEL 17, in the middle of the chest.
The Energy Enhancer patch is applied to a new point every day in order to optimize the flow of energy so that the body is cleansed thoroughly. In order to find the specific points you can use the the interactive diagram, as well as the link to the meridians. Please note that on day 4 there are two different alternatives.

Please remember to drink lots of water during the 5 day detox cure – at least 8 glasses per day (app. 2 liters). This is necessary in order for the body to discard the toxins via the urine. You will experience the best results when the body is well hydrated during the whole detox cure.

Perhaps you recognize this situation from your own life: Your immediate goal is to lose weight by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, but unfortunately this plan is sabotaged by cravings for sweets and unhealthy foods often during afternoons and/or evenings. Needless to say this is a barrier for a lot of people whose highest wish is to lose weight.
SP6 Complete is a patch which helps to control and regulate the appetite and cravings for sweets. The patch is applied to certain acupuncture points on the body which restores the body balance. The patch will regulate the appetite in accordance with what the body needs. Since the patch restores the body balance, the SP6 Complete can also be used if you are underweight and would like to gain weight. If you are overweight you will experience that the cravings for sweets etc. will diminish and your appetite in general is reduced. Over time you can experience a weight loss of app. 1-2 kg per week (this can vary from person to person).
By using SP6 Complete you can reach your desired weight loss goal comfortably. This means that you can still eat and drink what you like, but it will be in accordance with what the body needs and not according to what your cravings are dictating you.
Apart from regulating the appetite SP6 Complete is also improving the functioning of the thyroid, intestines, hypothalamus, liver, pancreas, kidneys and adrenals.
How to use SP6 Complete
The SP6 Complete patch is applied to specific acupuncture points on the body. The patch should be used over a 5 day period, and a new patch is applied once per day. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Stomach, Spleen, and Kidneys are associated with appetite. When one or more of these organs is overstressed or imbalanced, appetite can become poor or excessive. That is why the patches are applied to these meridians in order to restore the balance in the body.
As mentioned above SP6 Complete must be used over a 5 day period. For maximum results during week 2 and thereafter, rotate the patch only between the points on your left leg that give you the most control of your appetite. It is also recommended to do a detox before you start using the SP6 Complete. This will be explained in more detail later on. Besides using a new patch every day it is also important to drink plenty of water during the day. The body must be well-hydrated otherwise the patches will have no effect. The patches are effective for 12 hours. SP6 can only be used one patch at a time.
